الملخص: فهذه الورقة البحثية تتحدث عن أسباب الطلاق وأثره على الأسرة والمجتمع وذلك بالتطرق إلى تعريف الطلاق والخلع من الناحية الاسطلاحية واللغوية، والتكلم أيضا عن مشروعيته وحكمه، كما تتحدث عن خطورة الطلاق وحكم التلاعب به، والأسباب المؤذية إليه، وكذلك الآثار المترتبة عليه بالنسبة للأسرة والمجتمع . abstract:This paper speaks of the causes of divorce and its impact on the family and society by addressing the definition of divorce and dislocation in terms of the theoretical and linguistic terms, as well as its legitimacy and judgement, as well as the seriousness of divorce and its manipulation, as well as its harmful causes, as well as its implications for the family and society Résumé : Cet article parle des causes du divorce et de son impact sur la famille et la société en abordant la définition du divorce et de la dislocation en termes linguistiques et théoriques, ainsi que sa légitimité et son jugement, la gravité du divorce et de sa manipulation, ainsi que ses causes néfastes pour la famille et la société.
