الملخص
ملخص: جاءت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أهم معوقات الاتصال الإداري المؤثرة على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بالإدارة الرياضية، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث: أهم المعوقات الإدارية التي تؤثر على الأداء هي تأخر وصول الأوامر والتعليمات من القيادة العليا إلى المرؤوسين، وأهم المعوقات الشخصية التي تؤثر على الأداء هي تباين المستوى الثقافي والإدراك لدى العاملين، أما أهم الوسائل التي تتبعها الإدارة للتغلب على معوقات الاتصال الإداري فتتمثل في إلحاق العاملين بالمديرية بدورات تدريبية. Abstract: This study came to identify the most important obstacles of administrative communication affecting the job performance of sports administration staff, and the most important findings of the researcher: The main administrative and personal obstacles affecting performance are the delay in the arrival of orders and instructions from senior officials to subordinates, and the cultural level and perception of employees, as for the most important means used by the administration to overcome these obstacles is to bring the employees of the Directorate to training courses. Résumé: Cette étude nous permettra d’identifier les obstacles de la communication administrative affectant les performances du personnel de l’administration sportive, et les résultats les plus importants atteints par le chercheur sont: Les principaux obstacles administratifs et personnels affectant la performance sont le retard dans l’arrivée des ordres et des instructions des hauts responsables aux subordonnés, et le niveau culturel et la perception des employés, quant au moyen le plus important utilisé par l’administration pour surmonter ces obstacles consiste à amener les employés de la Direction à des cours de formation.
