واقع تمويل المصارف للمشاريع الاستثمارية في القطاع الرياضي الجزائري

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة ﺇلى ﺇبراز ودراسة واقع تمويل المصارف للمشاريع الاستثمارية في القطاع الرياضي الجزائري، فمع تطور المجال الرياضي وبروز نجوم عالميين في مختلف الرياضات الجماعية والفردية واتساع عدد الممارسين والمتابعين له حول العالم ﺃصبحت العلاقة بين الرياضة والاقتصاد علاقة تلازمية وذلك بعد ﺃن ﺃصبحت الرياضة عملية اقتصادية في الأساس؛ وهذا من خلال عمليتي الاستثمار والتسويق في المجال الرياضي والتي عمدت ﺇليها دول العالم الكبرى مند سنوات عديدة وقامت بتحويل الرياضة ﺇلى صناعة حقيقية تدر عليهم أرباح جد كبيرة؛ ويعد التمويل حجر الزاوية في كل الاستمارات بما فيها الاستثمار في المجال الرياضي، ولعل أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها هي أن المصارف العاملة في النظام المصرفي الجزائري بشكل عام لا تقوم بتمويل هذه النوع من المشاريع ولذا نوصي بالتوجه نحو تيسير الضمانات والوقوف مع المستثمرين في هذا القطاع لما له من اثار ايجابية من الناحية الاقتصادية والناحية الاجتماعية. This study aims to highlight and study the reality of bank financing for investment projects in the Algerian sports sector.With the development of the sports field, the emergence of international stars in various team and individual sports, and the expansion of the number of practitioners and followers of it around the world, the relationship between sport and the economy has become an inseparable relationship, after sport has become an economic process in the first place. And this is through the investment and marketing processes in the sports field, which the major countries of the world have undertaken for many years and have transformed sports into a real industry that generates very large profits for them. Funding is the cornerstone of all forms, including investment in the sports field. Perhaps the most important result reached is that banks operating in the Algerian banking system in general do not finance this type of project. Therefore, we recommend going towards facilitating guarantees and standing with investors in this sector because of its advantages.
