الملخص
تعتبر حركة التحرير في الوطن العربي والعالم الثالث حقا مشروعا، وطبيعيا لشعوبها ولتحقيقها والوصول إلى أهدافها مرت بعدة مراحل وتحديات، صقلتها وجعلتها رمزا لتطور الفكر الإنساني الذي يسعى إلى تجسيد حقوق الإنسان الأساسية، والقضاء على الاستعمار بكل أشكاله، واستغلال الإنسان لأخيه الإنسان، رغم وجود القوانين الدولية التي عليها واجب السهر على حفظها والدفاع عنها، لكن تبقى التنمية الشاملة والاستقلال الحقيقي حجرة عثرة أمام الدول التي استقلت حديثا كالدول العربية ومنها الجزائر. The liberation movement in the Arab world and the third world is considered a legitimate and natural right for the people. To achieve it and reach its goals, it has gone through several stages and challenges that have refined and made it a symbol of the development of human thought that seeks to embody basic human rights, eliminate colonialism in all its forms, and human exploitation of fellow human beings. Despite the existence of international laws that have a duty to ensure their preservation and defense, comprehensive development and true independence remain a stumbling block for newly independent countries such as the Arab countries, including Algeria
