مقاربة في البيولوجيا السياسية لفهم الحراك الديمقراطي العربي

الملخص
يسعى هذا البحث إلى تحليل مفهوم البيولوجيا السياسية كما طوّره ميشيل فوكو، وتحديد تجلياته في الحراك الديمقراطي العربي، من خلال تحليل الأحداث والتطورات في إطار ما يسمى "بالربيع العربي"، مع التركيز على الحراك السلمي واستثناء مساعي العسكرة والتحالفات مع الإمبراطورية العالمية التي انتهجتها بعض "الانتفاضات" العربية. ولهذا سوف يتم التعرض لمفهوم البيولوجيا السياسية كما وضعه ميشيل فوكو. في مقام ثان، سوف يتم تحليل العلاقة بين نموذجي البيولوجيا السياسية والشمولية، وإثبات التناغم الفكري بينهما. ثالثا، سيتم تحليل تجليات البيولوجيا السياسية في الحراك الديمقراطي. This research aims to analyze the concept of biopolitics developed by Michel Foucault, and identify its manifestations in the Arab democratic movement, by analyzing events and developments in the so-called Arab Spring. To do this, we expose firstly the concept of biopolitics as an analytical framework in the field of political science. secondly, we analyse the relationship between biopolitics and totalitarianism, and demonstrate the intellectual harmony between the two paradigms. Thirdly, we analyze the manifestations of biopolitics in the democratic movement. Cette recherche vise à analyser le concept de biopolitique développée par Michel Foucault, et d'identifier ses manifestations dans le mouvement démocratique arabe, en analysant les événements et les développements dans le Printemps Arabe. Pour ce faire, nous exposons d'abord le concept de biopolitique. D’autre part, nous analysons la relation entre la biopolitique et le totalitarisme, et de démontrer l'harmonie intellectuelle entre les deux paradigmes. Troisièmement, nous analysons les manifestations de la biopolitique dans le mouvement démocratique arabe.
