التدريب الإلكتروني للبرمجيات الإحصائية من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجامعي في الجزائر. دراسة حالة :عينة من المتدربين(عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين) على البرمجيات الإحصائية . (واقع،تحديات،آفاق).

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع وتحديات التدريب الإلكتروني للبرمجيات الإحصائية من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجامعي في الجزائر، معتمدة في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي،على عينة بلغت 74 أستاذ جامعي بالجزائر، وقد تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها المتطلبات اللازمة للتدريب الإلكتروني للبرامج الإحصائية من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجامعي وهي إجادة تشغيل الحاسب الآلي وملحقاته(وكذلك يعتبر التدريب الإلكتروني يعتبر ضرورة لمواكبة التطور والتقدم التقني وذلك لأنه يساهم في رفع الأداء البحثي والإشرافي للأستاذ الجامعي) والتعامل مع مختلف أنظمة التشغيل،والقدرة على التعامل مع برامج التدريب الإلكتروني. أما فيما يخص التحديات من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الجامعيين فتبين أن هناك تحديات فنية ومالية وإدارية التي تواجه استخدام التدريب الإلكتروني للبرامج الإحصائية، وعليه فإن الدراسة توصي بتقديم دورات تكوينية للبرمجيات الإحصائية عن طريق التدريب الإلكتروني مع مراعاة متطلباته اللازمة لهذا النوع من التدريب،كما توصي بإجراء دراسات تقسيميه لدورات عن البرامج الإحصائية المقامة عن بعد لقياس أثرها على مستوى الأداء البحثي والإشرافي للأستاذ الجامعي . الكلمات المفتاحية: التدريب الإلكتروني، الأستاذ الجامعي، التدريب عن بعد تصنيف JEL :M530;A230 Abstract: This study aimed to identify the reality and challenges of e-training of statistical software from the point of view of the university professor in Algeria, relying on the descriptive and analytical approach, on a sample of 74 university professors in Algeria, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information, and the study has reached a number of results, the most important of which are the requirements for electronic training for statistical programs from the point of view of the university professor, which is the mastery of the operation of the computer and its accessories (as well as e-training is considered a necessity to keep pace with the development and technical progress and that It contributes to raising the research and supervisory performance of the university professor) and dealing with various operating systems, and the ability to deal with e-training programs. As for the challenges from the point of view of university professors, it is clear that there are technical, financial and administrative challenges facing the use of electronic training for statistical programs, and therefore the study recommends the provision of training courses for statistical software through electronic training, taking into account its requirements for this type of training, and also recommends conducting disaggregation studies for courses on statistical programs held remotely to measure their impact on the level of research and supervisory performance of the university professor.
