الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في علاقة وتأثير سلوك إخفاء المعرفة على الإبداع والابتكار في المنظمات، والتعرف على العوامل التي تساهم في التنبؤ بهذا السلوك، وكذا اقتراح سبل واستراتيجيات تساهم في التقليل منه وتخفيف آثاره السلبية، وتقديم نموذج شامل مقترح لمحفزات، مثبطات، نتائج وآثار سلوك إخفاء المعرفة على الإبداع والابتكار، من خلال مراجعة منهجية للأدبيات السابقة ذات الصلة، كما تمت الاستعانة ببرنامج VOSviewer لإجراء التحليل الببليومتري بالإضافة إلى برنامج Publish or Perish وبرنامج إدارة المراجع Mendeley وقد توصلنا إلى نتائج أهمها الكشف عن وجود ارتباط سلبي بين إخفاء المعرفة والإبداع بجميع مستوياته، كما أنه يعتبر كمعيق لعملية الابتكار التنظيمي. This study aimed to investigate the relationship and the impact of the knowledge hiding behavior on creativity and innovation in organizations, and to identify the factors that contribute to predicting this behavior, as well as to suggest ways and strategies that contribute to reducing its levels and mitigating its negative effects, and presenting a comprehensive proposed model for motivators, disincentives, Consequences and effects of knowledge hiding behavior on creativity and innovation, through a systematic literature review, the VOSviewer program was also used to perform the Bibliometric analysis, in addition to the Publish or Perish program and Mendeley reference management program, and we reached the most important results, the most important of which is the detection of a negative correlation between knowledge hiding and creativity, and it is considered as an obstacle of organizational innovation.
