مؤتمر برلين 1884م – 1885م ودوره في التكالب الاستعماري علي القارة الافريقية

الملخص
مستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث الي دراسة مؤتمر برلين 1884م – 1885م, والتعريف بأسباب قيامه واهم قراراته ونتائجه, ودوره في عملية التكالب الاستعماري علي القارة الافريقية. اتبع الباحث منهج البحث التاريخي الوصفي والتحليلي بعد جمع المعلومات من المصادر والمراجع ثم تحليلها ونقاشها والخروج من خلالها بنتائج وتوصيات ضمنت نهاية البحث. وقد خلص البحث الي العديد من النتائج من بينها انه علي الرغم من ان السبب الرئيسي في قيام مؤتمر برلين 1884م – 1885م كان لمعالجة مشكلة الكونغو الا انه تطورت حيثياته وامتدت الي تنظيم عملية التقسيم للقارة الافريقية بين الدول الاوربية المتنافسة, وقد ساهم بقدر كبير في تنظيم عملية التكالب الاستعماري علي القارة الافريقية. واوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالدراسات والبحوث العلمية التي تعتمد علي الوثائق التاريخية والمخطوطات لدراسة مؤتمر برلين 1884م – 1885م ودوره في التكالب الاستعماري الاوربي علي افريقيا, ولكشف الحقائق حول الجرائم غير الانسانية التي مارسها الاستعمار الاوربي في حق القارة والشعوب الافريقية. ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to study the Berlin Conference of 1884 - 1885, and to define the reasons for its establishment, its most important decisions and results, and its role in the process of colonial struggle on the African continent. The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical method of historical research after collecting information from sources and references, then analyzing and discussing them and coming out with results and recommendations that ensured the end of the research. The research concluded with many results, including that although the main reason for the establishment of the Berlin Conference of 1884 - 1885 was to address the problem of the Congo, its merits developed and extended to organizing the division of the African continent among competing European countries, and it contributed greatly to organizing the process of partitioning the African continent. Colonial struggle on the African continent. The study recommended the necessity of paying attention to studies and scientific research that depend on historical documents and manuscripts to study the Berlin Conference of 1884 - 1885 and its role in the European colonial struggle against Africa, and to reveal the facts about the inhuman crimes practiced by European colonialism against the continent and African peoples.
