الملخص
الملخص: يدخل موضوع هذا المقال ضمن المواضيع المعاصرة التي تعالج ما يهدد كيان المجتمع ويُعرضه للخطر، ويتمثل هذا الموضوع في عرض بعض التحديات المعاصرة التي تواجه الأسرة المسلمة -والتي تعتبر اللبنة الأولى في تكوين المتجمع-، مبرزا بعض المفاهيم وأهم الأسباب والحلول لتلك التحديات، وقد جاء المقال جوابا على إشكال رئيس يتمثل في مدى مرونة أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في إيجاد حلولٍ لِما تواجهه الأسرة المسلمة من تحديات معاصرة، كما أوصى المقال في آخره بضرورة متابعة أهل الاختصاص لكل ما يستجد من عراقيل تواجه الأسرة وسيرورتها السليمة وإبداء الحلول المقترحة لها. Abstract: The topic of this article falls within the contemporary topics that deal with what threatens the entity of society and endangers it, and this topic is to present some of the contemporary challenges facing the Muslim family -Which is considered the first building block in the formation of the community -, highlighting some concepts and the most important causes and solutions for those challenges. The article came in response to a major problem, which is the extent of flexibility of the provisions of Islamic law in finding solutions to the contemporary challenges facing the Muslim family, In the end, the article also recommended that specialists should follow up on all the new obstacles facing the family and its proper functioning, and provide suggested solutions to them.
