تطور التجارة الخارجية والسياسة التجارية في الجزائر في ظل تداعيات جائحة كوفيد-19

الملخص
تعتبر التجارة الخارجية مجالا مهما في مختلف الاقتصاديات حول العالم، وهذا نظرا لدورها الكبير في ربط الاقتصاديات ببعضها البعض، وتعزيز فرص النمو الاقتصادي. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة ضمن إطار وصفي تحليلي إلى ابراز تطور التجارة الخارجية والسياسة التجارية في الجزائر في ظل تداعيات جائحة كوفيد-19 وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن جائحة كوفيد –19 أثرت سلبا على أغلب مؤشرات التجارة الخارجية، وقد تفاعلت السياسة التجارية في الجزائر مع هذه التداعيات انطلاقا من فرض قيود على الصادرات خاصة المواد الأساسية والمنتجات الطبية مع تحرير واردات نفس السلع لمواجهة جائحة كوفيد-19، واعادة تقييم الاتفاقيات التجارية والتوجه إلى السوق الإفريقية. Foreign trade is considered an important field in various economies around the world, due to its great role in linking economies to each other and enhancing economic growth opportunities. This study aimed, within a descriptive and analytical framework, to highlight the development of foreign trade and trade policy in Algeria in light of the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic. The study concluded that the Covid-19 pandemic negatively affected most of the indicators of foreign trade, and the trade policy in Algeria has interacted with these repercussions based on imposing restrictions on exports, especially basic materials and medical products, with the liberalization of imports of the same commodities to confront the Covid-19 pandemic, and a reassessment of Trade agreements and heading to the African market. .Keywords: policy trade, foreign trade, covid-19 pandemic, Algeria.
