Burn Out Organisationnel, Un Mal Du Siècle, Organizational Burnout, A Disease Of The Century

Résumé: Actuellement notre environnement organisationnel est marqué par une évolution extraordinaire de nouvelles technologies qui ont façonné notre manière de vivre, nos valeurs et croyances et même notre culture. Ce changement impacte le milieu organisationnel le salarié et l’entreprise qui se trouve confrontée à de nouveaux stratégies de développement dans la réalisation de ses objectifs et ses projets, ce qui a donné naissance à une problématique au cœur de l’activité organisationnelle , notons le stress chronique au travail qui se développe et donne lieu au burn out ou épuisement professionnel. Dans ce contexte on parle d’une charge de travail exagérée dans certains métiers qui exigent particulièrement un investissement et une implication émotionnelle, physique ou mentale qui peut représenter un agent tressant conduisant le salarié et le manager au burn out que nous allons approcher dans un contexte organisationnel. Abstract: Actually,our organizational environment is marked by an extraordinary evolution of new technologies that have shaped our life, our values and beliefs and even our culture. This change impacts the organizational environment, the employee and the company, which finds itself confronted with new development strategies in the achievement of its objectives and projects, which has given rise * to a problem at the heart of organizational activity. Chronic stress at work that develops and gives rise to burnout or professional exhaustion. In this context we are approaching an exaggerated workload in certain professions, which particularly require an investment, and an emotional, physical or mental implication which can represent a braiding agent leading the employee and the manager to burn out which we are going to approach in a context organizational.
