منهج الإمام الشافعي في توثيق الرواة – القسم الثاني

الملخص
يدرس البحث مصطلحات الإمام الشافعي في تعديل الرواة خاصة، ومعرفة مراده منها، وذلك بعرضها مصنّفة بحسب درجة التوثيق، ومقارنة قوله بأقوال غيره من النقاد إن تطلب الأمر ذلك، للوقوف على مدى موافقتهم له أو مخالفتهم، ومن ثَمَّ التوصل إلى درجته من حيث التشدد والتساهل. جاءت هذه الدراسة بعد ترجمة مختصرة للشافعي، وبيان منزلته في علم الجرح والتعديل، وانتهى البحث بتقسيم مصطلحات الشافعي في توثيق الرواة إلى مراتب، وفق مراتب الجرح والتعديل، ثم خاتمة بأهم النتائج والتوصيات. The research examines Imam Shafi’s terminologies of describing Hadith narraters, and shows his purpose behind using each of these terms. The method applied is displaying the terms according to their credence degree, and comparing his opinion to other critics’ opinions if needed, so that the extent of their agreement is understood and thus the degree of Shafi’s strictness is learned. This study followed a brief biography of Imam Shafi that shows his rank in the sience of "Jarh wa Tadil" which explores Hadith narrators evaluation terminology. The research ends with dividing Imam Shafi’s terminologies of evaluating the narrators' levels according to the "Jarh wa Tadil" science. Finally, the most important outcomes and recommendations have been mentioned.
