الملخص
جاءت هذه الدراسة لفهم سياسة الإدماج الفرنسية التي تبناها الإمبراطور نابليون الثالث في الجزائر وبيان أثرها على الجزائريين إبان الفترة 1860-1870؛ هذه السياسة التي تقوم على مبدأ إخضاع واستغلال الجزائريين دون غيرهم من المستوطنين، سار على أساسها نابليون الثالث مجسدا فيها خطى أسلافه فضلا عن رؤى جديدة طبقها على أرض الواقع على نحو يتيح إحكام قبضة فرنسا على الجزائر سياسيا، عسكريا، اجتماعيا، ثقافيا واقتصاديا، وعليه كان الأخير منفذا وراسما لسياسة أقل ما يقال عنها أنها تخدم المصلحة والنفوذ الفرنسي على أرض الجزائر. This study came to understand the French assimilation policy adopted by Emperor Napoleon III in Algeria and to show its impact on the Algerians during the period 1860-1870; this policy, which is based on the principle of subjugating and exploiting the Algerians, without any other settlers, Napoleon III walked on its basis, embodying the footsteps of his predecessors, as well as new visions he applied on the ground in a way that allows for the tightening of France’s grip on Algeria politically, military, socially, culturally and economically, accordingly, the latter was an implementer and author of a policy, to say the least, that serves the French interest and influence on the land of Algeria.
