تداعيات مكافحة الإرهاب على سيادة الدول

الملخص
استعملت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية باسم مكافحة الإرهاب، جميع الوسائل من أجل تحقيق مآربها وأهدافها باستخدام القوة ضد دول كاملة السيادة ، منتهكة بذلك سياداتها وضاربة جميع الأعراف الدولية عرض الحائط . إذ تذرعت ببعض القرارات الدولية ، التي أصدرها مجلس الأمن الدولي في حق بعض الدول ، والتي منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر أفغانستان والعراق ،غير أن فقهاء القانون الدولي خلال تحليلهم لهذه القرارات ، لم يجدوا فيها ما يخول الولايات المتحدة بمفردها استعمال القوة ضد دول كاملة السيادة . The United States of America, in the name of the fight against terrorism, has used all means to achieve its goals and objectives by using force against fully sovereign States, violating its obligations and flouting all international norms. I have invoked some international resolutions adopted by the Security Council against some States, including, but not limited to, Afghanistan and Iraq, however, in the course of their analysis of these resolutions, the scholars of international law did not find that the United States alone was authorized to use force against entire states of sovereignty.
