ملامح بروز الصين كقوة اقتصادية في النظام الدولي.

الملخص
مما لا شك فيه أن الصين تعيش اليوم فترة غير مسبوقة من التطور والتقدم حيث توالت مقومات وأسباب النهوض والصعود والقوة ، حيث أجمع العديد من الاقتصاديين والخبراء على أن سبب ذلك هو الاصلاح والانفتاح الذي حدث في الصين ، مما شكل موضوع بروز وصعود الصين الاقتصادي المتنامي والسريع في نفس الوقت حيرة لدى المهتمين والدارسين خاصة الغربيين منهم لهذه القوة الاقتصادية الصاعدة والمقومات المتنوعة التي تمتلكها خاصة منها الاقتصادية والتكنولوجية مما يؤهلها بأن تصبح قوة ولها دور فعال في النظام الدولي ، و نجاح التجربة الاقتصادية الصينية الفريدة من نوعها في العالم و هذا النمو السريع خلق للغرب وعلى رأسه الولايات المتحدة الامريكية تخوف كبير من هذا العملاق الصيني الزاحف على العالم واحتوائه اقتصاديا عن طريق الاستثمارات المتنوعة في عدة مجالات، وبالتالي أصبحت الصين تهدد بما يسمى الأحادية القطبية في النظام الدولي والتي تتزعمه الولايات المتحدة الامريكية وببروز الصين تغير الاتجاه نحو المطالبة بعالم متعدد الأقطاب، هذا الموضوع الحساس والمهم في العلاقات الدولية، يتطلب ابراز أهم أفكار الباحثين والمختصين في هذا المجال، بعد ما كان مستبعد النمو الاقتصادي الصيني في الماضي كعامل أساسي وتحليلي مؤثر في العلاقات الدولية، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى أن موضوع ملامح بروز الصين كقوة اقتصادية في النظام الدولي. موضوع يستحق البحث والنقاش والتحليل، لأنه مرتبط بقوى التأثير في النظام الدولي والمنافسة على من يتزعم العالم اقتصاديا وعسكريا وسياسيا. Abstract : There is no doubt that China is living today in an unprecedented period of development and progress, where the elements and reasons for the rise, rise and strength rolled in, as many economists and experts unanimously agreed that the reason for this is the reform and openness that took place in China, which formed the subject of the emergence and rise of China's growing and rapid economic in At the same time, those interested and scholars, especially Westerners, are puzzled by this rising economic power and the various components it possesses, especially economic and technological, which qualify it to become a force and have an effective role in the international system, and the success of the Chinese economic experience that is unique in the world and this rapid growth created for the West and on Its head, the United States of America, has a great fear of this Chinese giant creeping over the world and containing it economically through various investments in several fields, and thus China has become threatening what is called unipolarity in the international system, which is led by the United States of America. With the emergence of China, the trend has changed towards claiming a multipolar world. This sensitive and important topic in international relations requires highlighting the most important ideas of researchers and specialists in this field, after what was excluded in the past from Chinese economic growth as a basic and analytical factor influencing international relations. The study also aims to highlight the features of China's emergence as an economic power in the international system. An issue that deserves research, discussion and analysis, because it is linked to the forces of influence in the international system and the competition for who leads the world economically, militarily and politically..
