الصّحة والجسد.. مقاربة إيتيقية

الملخص
يعدّ الحقّ في الصّحة والعلاج حقاً إنسانياً مقدّساً يتطلّب التّعامل مع الجسد بكرامة بغية حمايته وشفائه عندما تضطرب وظائفه، وفي هذا السّياق فإنّ النّظرة إلى هذا الأخير تختلف من مجتمعٍ إلى آخر بحسب المنظومة القيمية والأخلاقية، إلى جانب مستوى التّقدم التّقني الّذي أحرزته في مجال الطبّ، ومن هنا فإنّ الهدف من وراء الخوض في هذا الموضوع هو أن نبيّن التّجاوز والخرق الحاصل بطرفيه في معاملة هذا الجسد، بين من يحاول تقديسه من جهة وامتهانه من جهةٍ ثانية. The right to health and treatment is a sacred human right that requires treating the body with dignity to protect and heal it when its functions are disrupted. In this context, the perception of the latter differs from one society to another according to the established moral system, and the level of technical progress achieved in the field of medicine. The purpose of dealing with this subject is to show the treatment of this body, between those who try to sanctify it on the one hand and the abuse on the other hand.
