التأديب بالضرب بين الضرر والضرورة في مصر القديمة

الملخص
الملخص: حاولت السلطة الدينية والفكرية في مصر القديمة ضبط وتوجيه المجتمع، عن طريق خلق أساطير دينية وسياسية، وتعاليم ونصائح أخلاقية، وذلك لتهذيب سلوك الأفراد وتنظيم علاقاتهم وفق قيم دينية اجتماعية. غير أنه في حالة ما انحاز الفرد على الطريق الصحيح، لا بد له من طريقة تأديبية. وهنا نهدف في بحثنا هذا إلى تسليط الضوء على واحد من أوجه الطرق التأديبية ألا وهو الضرب. أبرز ما توصلنا إليه هو أن المصري للقديم عرف الضرب وعبّر عنه بمفردات مختلفة، لكن نظرته اختلفت بين ما هو مسموح وما هو ممنوع. وفرق بين التأديب والعقاب الأمر الذي نفصل فيه من خلال دراسة أوجه التأديب من مختلف زواياه الاجتماعية، والتعليمية والسياسية والقانونية. كلمات مفتاحية: الضرب، التأديب، العقوبة، العدالة، مصر القديمة Abstract: A trial was made by the religious and intellectual power to control and orient te ancient Egyptian society by creating religious and political myths, ethical precepts and advice so as to behave the individuals and set their relation in accordance to religion and society. However, if the individual is no longer on the right path ، disciplinary measures must be taken. The main purpose of this research is to spotlight one of the disciplinary measures is physical discipline (beating) The clearest result is that the ancient Egyptian was beaten and he expressed this in different ways. Still, he had a different vision about what is allowed and what is forbidden and the difference between the discipline and the punishment. This is what is going to be discussed in details through studying the various sides of the discipline from different social, politic, intellectual and lawful perceptions. Key words: beating, discipline, punishment, justice, ancient Egypt.
