الملخص
الملخص: يعد موضوع الفشل المالي من بين أهم المواضيع التي تناولها الباحثون إذ ظهرت العديد من الدراسات التي تسعى لإيجاد طريقة تمكن من خلالها من التنبؤ بالفشل المالي قبل حدوثه وذلك باستخدام عدة نماذج وتطبيقها على المؤسسة، لذا فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى استخدام بعض نماذج التنبؤ بالفشل المالي (altman،shorred،kida) وتطبيقها على مؤسسة صيدال المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر، وذلك بالاعتماد على البيانات المالية للمؤسسة لفترة (2017-2020)، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نموذج shorred لم يستطع التنبؤ بالفشل أو نجاح المؤسسة محل الدراسة، أما نموذج ألتمان وكيدا يظهر لنا نتائج في احتمالية الوقوع في الفشل المالي خلال الفترة المدروسة وعليه يجب على صيدال أن تتخذ الإجراءات التصحيحية مستقبلا لتجنب خطر الإفلاس. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفشل المالي، نموذج altman، نموذج shorred، نموذج kida. تصنيف JEL : MO ; M4 Abstrakt : The topic of financial failure is one of the most important topics for researchers to tackle, many studies have emerged that seek to find a way to predict financial failure before it happens using several models and applying them to the institution, so this study aims to use some Financial failure prediction models (altman,shorred,kida) and their application On the institution saidal listed on the Algerian Stock Exchange, depending on the financial data of the institution for the period (2017-2020), the study found that the shorred model could not predict the failure or success of the institution instead of the study, but the Altman and Kida model shows us results in the probability of the future And in financial failure during the studied period, and on which you should Pharmacist to take corrective measures in the future to avoid the risk of bankruptcy. keywords: financial failure, altman model, shorred model, kida model.
