كفاءة السياسات البيئية أثناء الازمة الاقتصادية في الجزائر

الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة التحليلية إلى ايجاد ترابط بين السياسة البيئية والأزمات الدولية المعاصرة خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2008 الى 2022 في الجزائر بناءً على أحدث تقارير للهيئات الدولية. وقد خلصت مبدئيا الى وجود تأثيرات متباينة انعكست على تحقيق الاهداف التنموية المستهدفة لرؤية 2030 تستوجب معها ضرورة تكييف أنظمة التخطيط البيئي والاستشراف لتكون متكاملة ومرنة أثناء وقوع الأزمة. This analytical study seeks to find a link between environmental policy and contemporary international crises during the period from 2008 to 2022 in Algeria, based on the latest reports of international bodies. It has initially concluded that there are different effects that have been reflected in the achievement of the targeted development goals of Vision 2030, which necessitate the need to adapt environmental planning and foresight systems to be integrated and flexible during the crisis
