دور المراجعة البيئية في تفعيل أبعاد التنمية المستدامة – دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من الأكاديميين والمهنيين في ولايات الوسط الجزائري –

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المراجعة البيئية ودورها في تفعيل أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، من خلال التطرق إلى الإطار النظري للمراجعة البيئية والتنمية المستدامة، وكذلك إعداد استمارة استبيان وتوزيعها على عينة من الأكاديميين والمهنيين في ولايات الوسط الجزائري لمعرفة آرائهم حول ذلك. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ما يلي: - تساهم المراجعة البيئية في تفعيل البعد الاقتصادي للتنمية المستدامة من خلال توفير معلومات مفيدة عن الأداء البيئي للمؤسسة يمكن الاعتماد عليها في اتخاذ القرارات وإعداد التقرير البيئي بصورة مثلى، وأن هذا التقرير يؤدي إلى تعزيز سمعتها بيئيا ودعم ميزتها التنافسية؛ - تساهم المراجعة البيئية في تفعيل البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة من خلال العمل على تأمين الظروف البيئية والاجتماعية لصالح الأجيال الحالية والقادمة عن طريق تلبية احتياجات الحاضر دون المساس بقدرة الأجيال القادمة على تلبية احتياجاتها؛ - تعد المراجعة البيئية أداة تساعد في تفعيل البعد البيئي للتنمية المستدامة من خلال العمل على الاستخدام الفعال للموارد المتاحة عن طريق استخدام تكنولوجيا الإنتاج النظيف وتدوير النفايات وتقليل التلوث. الكلمات المفتاحية: مراجعة بيئية، تنمية مستدامة، أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، مؤسسات. تصنيفات JEL : Q56، M42 Abstract: This study aimed to shed light on the environmental review and its role in activating the dimensions of sustainable development, by addressing the theoretical framework for environmental review and sustainable development, as well as preparing a questionnaire form and distributing it to a sample of academics and professionals. In the states of the Algerian center to see their point of view on it. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are the following: - The environmental review contributes to activating the economic dimension of sustainable development by providing useful information on the environmental performance of the institution that can be relied upon in making decisions and preparing the environmental report in an optimal manner. and that this report leads to enhancing its environmental reputation and supporting its competitive advantage; - Environmental review contributes to activating the social dimension of sustainable development by working to secure environmental and social conditions for the benefit of current and future generations by meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs. - Environmental auditing is a tool that helps in activating the environmental dimension of sustainable development by working on the effective use of available resources through the use of clean production technology, waste recycling and reducing pollution.
