ملخص : يحاول المقال تحليل مسالة الانتقال الديمقراطي في الجزائر بعد انطلاق موجة الحراك الشعبي في 22 فيفري 2019 المطالبة بالتغيير الجذري للنظام السياسي وبناء دولة الحق والقانون. والتي تتحدد في الصراع بين تيارين متناقضين التيار المحافظ المتخندق والمقاوم للتغيير ، والتيار التغييري الاصلاحي الذي يطمح للتغيير الجذري. ويهدف المقال إلى محاولة فهم الموجة الجديدة للتغيير وتفسير مخرجاتها في خضم الظروف المحيطة الداخلية والخارجية وفي ظل التعارض بين الفواعل الاساسية ودراسة امكانات وفرص اكتمال والتوافق على الموجة الجديدة للانتقال الديمقراطي في الجزائر . Abstract : The Article attempts to analyze the issue of democratic transition in Algeria after the start of the popular Harak on February 22, 2019 calling for a radical change of the political system and building a state of truth and law. Which is determined in the struggle between two opposing currents, the retrenched conservative current that resists change, and the reformist change current that aspires to radical change. The article aims to try to understand the new wave of change and to explain its outcomes in the midst of the surrounding internal and external circumstances and in light of the conflict between the main actors and to study the possibilities and opportunities for completion and consensus on the new wave of democratic transition in Algeria.
