الملخص

يعتبر التعليم الأداة الرئيسية في تغير بنية أي مجتمع وعلى غرار كل بلدان العالم الثالث عرفت الجزائر بعد الاستقلال نقلة نوعية في نمط الاستراتيجيات المتبناة لتعميم التعليم وذلك بإجبار الأسر على تعليم أبنائهم فور بلوغهم السن القانوني كما شددت أيضا على تعليم الفتيات باعتبارهن الفئات الأكثر تهميشا خاصة في فترة الحرب. إضافة إلى الأدوار التقليدية التي دأبت المرأة على تأديتها بدأ بالوظيفة البيولوجية كأم وأخت وربة بيت في العموم. فأسندت إليها لاحقا وبفضل السياسات التعليمية مهام جديدة حيث عرفت المؤسسات الاجتماعية اكتساحا رهيبا للعنصر النسوي اذ تصدرت مراكز صنع القرار في جميع القطاعات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية وذلك بفضل المجهودات الجبارة التي قامت بها الدولة لإعادة تحسين مكانة المرأة بإبرازها كعنصر فعال وايجابي في المجتمع الذي تنتمي إليه. Abstract : Education is the main tool in changing the structure of any society, and like all third world countries, Algeria after its independence experienced a qualitative shift in the pattern of strategies adopted to mainstream education by forcing families to educate their children as soon as they reached legal age, and also emphasized the education of girls as the most marginalized groups, especially during the war. In addition to the traditional roles that women have begun to play, it begins with the biological function of a mother, sister and a housewife in general. However, due to educational policies, social institutions experienced a terrible sweep of the feminist element, leading decision-making centres in all political, economic and social sectors, due to the state's tremendous efforts of the government to re-improve women's standing by highlighting them as an effective and positive element in the society to which they belong.
