الملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة مسألة بيع المصراة وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة دراسة فقهية مقارنة، وذلك من خلال بيان معنى المصراة، وبيان حكم بيعها، والآثار المترتبة عن هذا البيع، وكذا الأحكام المتعلقة بهذه المسألة كحكم تعدية التصرية إلى غير الإبل والغنم، ونوع العوض عن اللبن، وتعدد المصراة، ومدة الخيار. Abstract: This study addressed the issue of selling "Tie up cattle" (Al-Musarrat) and its contemporary applications – with comparative method in islamic jurisprudence, and that is through defining the meaning of "Tie up cattle" (Al-Musarrat), defining its ruling, the effect of its selling, and defining the isseus which are related with it, for example the ruling of Tie up (Al-Musarrat) in non-camels and sheep, and also type of compensation for the milk, multiplicity of Tie up (AlMusarrat), and the duration of the right of cancellation.
