الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التطرق إلى السياحة كأحد القطاعات الاقتصادية الاستراتيجية الهامة التي تملك مقومات التنمية المستدامة، ليس في ذات القطاع السياحي فحسب، بل يتعدى أثرها إلى باقي القطاعات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، باعتبارها اقتصادا مضاعفا خالقا للثروة ومساهما فعالا في تحقيق الرَّفاه الاقتصادي والاجتماعي الذي ينعكس على الخزينة العمومية والفرد على السواء، مدعمة ذلك ببعض النماذج من الدول العربية التي اعتمدت على الاستثمار السياحي كأولوية اقتصادية وطنية جالبة للثروة. The purpose of this research is to address tourism as one of the important strategic economic sectors that have the ingredients for sustainable development, not only in the tourism sector, but also in its impact on the rest of the economic, social and cultural sectors, as it is a multiplier economy that creates wealth and an effective contributor to achieving economic well-being And the social, which is reflected on the public treasury and the individual alike, supported by some models from Arab countries that have relied on tourism investment as a national economic priority that brings wealth.
