إستراتجية البناء الأخضر لضمان الاستدامة العمرانية Green Building Strategy to Ensure Urban Sustainability الملخص: يكتسي البحث أهمية بالغة في الدراسات السياسية والقانونية والإستراتيجية والتنموية والبيئية والعمرانية التي تهدف إلى تحقيق أغراض التنمية المستدامة، باعتبار أن التحول نحو البناء الأخضر يقوم على أساس تبني أنماط وتقنيات للبناء والتعمير مسؤولة بيئيًا ومكتفية بشأن استعمال مواد البناء واستهلاك الموارد الطبيعية والطاقوية لانجاز وتشغيل المباني الخضراء وصيانتها، وهو أمر من شأنه الحد من آثار الاستخدام غير العقلاني للموارد الطبيعية والطاقوية في إنجاز وتشييد المباني، والعمل على تحسين البيئة لمستخدمي المباني وتجويدها، والحفاظ على عناصر البيئة لاسيما غير المستدامة منها وكذا تحقيق أغراض التنمية الاقتصادية وجعل المباني الخضراء وسيلة للتنويع الاقتصادي وتحفيز النمو وجعل البناء الأخضر مصدرا لخلق الثروة، وهو ما يجعل البناء الأخضر تقنية فعالة لتحقيق نجاعة البناء المستدام. ولعل من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن تبني إستراتيجية البناء الأخضر يهدف إلى استخدام مواد خضراء للبناء صديقة للبيئة، وهو ما يعد مظهرا للتطور العمراني لانجاز وتشييد البنية التحتية في مجال البناء والتشييد المستدام تراعى فيه المعايير والمقاييس الدولية، التي تعتمدها العديد من شركات الإنشاءات والبناء في العالم. abstract The research is of great importance in political, legal, strategic, developmental, environmental and urban studies that aim to achieve the purposes of sustainable development, considering that the shift towards green building is based on the adoption of environmentally responsible and sufficient building and reconstruction patterns and techniques regarding the use of building materials and the consumption of natural and energy resources for the completion and operation of green buildings and maintenance, which would reduce the effects of irrational use of natural and energy resources in the completion and construction of buildings, and work to improve the environment for building users.
