نحو إعادة تفعيل دور الأمة في تحقيق الانبعاث الحضاري

الملخص
شكلت الأمة الجوهر الأصيل الذي انبثقت منه الحضارة الإسلامية، وقلبها النابض عبر مراحلها التطورية إلى أن استكملت دورتها، لتليها عقود من مرحلة الانحطاط الحضاري، في ظل تطور سريع للعالم، شمل كافة المستويات والمجالات، وهو دلالة على حركية واقعية دائمة ضمن أجندات تتضمن معادلات وسياسات متغيرة، وفق متطلبات الواقع وتداعيات النظام العالمي ومصالحه، وضرورات خلق مبررات وجود واستمرار هيمنة الحضارة الغربية، فكان لزاما العودة إلى الأمة ودراسة سبل تفعيل دورها كي تحقق الانبعاث الحضاري من جديد، لحضارة رغم أفولها لا تزال أمتها قائمة وفق منظومة قيمية تشهد على وجودها واقعيا، ولا يتأتى ذلك إلا من خلال تجديد مفهوم الأمة من منظور حضاري، ورصد وضعها في النظام الدولي، وإمكانيات وسبل إعادة تفعيل دورها. The Ummah formed the original essence from which Islamic civilization emerged through its stages of evolution until it completed its cycle, followed by decades of the stage of decline, in light of the rapid development of the world, which included all levels and domains, which is an indication of a permanent realistic dynamism within agendas which include Changing policies, according to the demands of the reality and implications of the global system and its interests, and the necessities of creating justifications for the existence and continued hegemony of Western civilization, it was necessary to return to the Ummah and study ways to activate its role in order to achieve the civilizational renewal of a civilization, despite its decline, its ummah still exists according to a value system that attests to its realistic existence, and this can only be achieved by renewing the concept of Ummah from a civilized perspective, and monitoring its status in the international system, as well as the capabilities and means to reactivate its role.
