العنف في الملاعب الرياضية : الأسباب والحلول

الملخص
Abstract Violence in stadiums is a phenomenon That seems wel rooted in the history of mankind. Algeria is one a country that that seems to be hit by this phenomenon ; This has become clearer in recent years. The emergence of this phenomenon in Algeria is due to many reasons.the first raison is the fans especially the defeat of their team. The second reason is the players that, by their behavior and movements, push the spectators to act violent. The third reason is the referees who should make wise deciosions in order to help control the spectators act. The fourth reasons is the media ; an example of this is a journalist who does not objectively and honestly carry out his/ her investigations. In addition, social, political, and psychological conditions many be added to the list. On the other hand, in order to avoid the phenomenon of violence in stadiums, more security forces should be mobilized, both inside and outside the staduims, sufveillance cameras shoul be set up in the stadium, the etablishment of a card for people who are prohibited from entering sports facilities, the neutrrality of the sports media towards the teams, the need to impose sanctions on the rioters. Based on the above, the following questions many be formulated : What are the causes of violence in sports stadiums ? How can the spread of the phenomenon be reduced ? الملخص: العنف في الملاعب ظاهرة عالمية عرفت منذ القدم، والجزائر واحدة من الدول التي عرفت تفاقم هذه الظاهرة، خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة، وأسبابها عديدة على رأسها الجماهير أو المناصرين، عند إنهزام فريقهم خاصة، كذلك اللاعبين، الذين يثيرون أعصاب الجماهير بتصرفاتهم وحركاتهم، كما نجد الحكام، من غير الممكن قيام مباراة دون حكم، هو يلعب دور مهم جدا في تفادي أعمال الشغب، بقراراته الصائبة والحكيمة، كذلك من بين الأسباب نجد وسائل الإعلام، عندما لا يتحرى الصحفي الموضوعية والصدق، بالإضافة إلى أسباب أخرى كالظروف الاجتماعية والسياسية، والعوامل النفسية ... وغيرها من الأسباب. ولتفادي ظاهرة العنف في الملاعب يجب الإكثار من انتشار الأجهزة الأمنية، داخل وخارج الملعب، وضع كاميرات مراقبة في الملعب، تأسيس بطاقية للأشخاص الممنوعين من دخول المنشأت الرياضية، حيادية وسائل الإعلام الرياضية اتجاه الفرق، ضرورة فرض عقوبات على المشاغبين...وغيرها من الأساليب. وانطلاقا مما سبق ذكره يمكن طرح التساؤل الاتي: ماهي أسباب العنف في الملاعب الرياضية؟ وكيف يمكن الحد من انتشار الظاهرة؟
