الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الى توضيح أهمية الذكاء الإستراتيجي للموظف في المؤسسة التربوية بالاعتماد على وجهة نظر الأساتذة ومدراء المؤسسات، حيث تم إجراء مقابلة معهم، وقد جرى تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة، حيث سنتناول الذكاء الاستراتيجي مفاهيم أساسية ودور الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تطوير المؤسسة التربوية، ثم الجانب التطبيقي للدراسة الميدانية، وفي الاخير نتوصل الى الخاتمة والتي تتضمن النتائج والاقتراحات. The study aimed to clarify the importance of the strategic intelligence of the employee in the educational institution based on the point of view of professors and directors of institutions, where an interview was conducted with them, and the descriptive analytical approach was applied in this study, where we will address strategic intelligence basic concepts and the role of strategic intelligence in the development of the educational institution, then The practical aspect of the field study, and in the end we reach the conclusion, which includes the results and suggestions.
