الملخص
تحاول الدراسة فهم موقف كوريا الجنوبية واليابان والصين ومنغوليا من البرنامج النووي الكوري الشمالي الذي أصبح يمثل خطرًا أمنيًا كبيرًا في منطقة شمال شرق آسيا، لنصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن لكل دولة من دول الجوار استراتيجية مختلفة حول كيفية معالجة هذه الأزمة النووية، والتي لا يمكن حسمها على الفور في ظل غياب الثقة والتحفظات، الأمر الذي يستغرق مدة طويلة للتغلب على هذه التحفظات العميقة الجذور من خلال المحادثات والتفاهم. The study tries to understand the position of South Korea, Japan, China and Mongolia regarding the North Korean nuclear program, which has become a major security threat in the Northeast Asia region, to summarize the conclusion that each of the neighboring countries has a different strategy on how to deal with this nuclear crisis , which cannot be resolved immediately in the absence of trust and reservations, which takes time to overcome these deep-rooted reservations through conversations and understanding.
