La Privatisation Et Investissement Direct étranger, Cas De Cimenterie Algérienne

Résumé
La privatisation des entreprises publiques s’inscrit dans un contexte marqué, par un rythme accéléré dans des diverses régions du monde, considérablement accentué avec le triomphe de l’économie de marché, l’élargissement de la propriété et de l’initiative privées. Dans le cadre de ce travail nous essayerons de montrer le rôle que peut jouer le choix de l’intervention de l’investissement étranger dans l’opération de la privatisation comme un critique dans des branches de haute technologie ou à fort compétitivité notamment dans le secteur industrie à l’exemple de l’industrie de ciment (SGP-GICA) . Le résultat de cette étude que la privatisation et IDE sous forme l’ouverture des capitaux publics aux investisseurs étrangers est un enjeu parfait pour développer l’économie algérien , à présenter beaucoup d’avantages financier à l’entreprise publique, plus est facile et accéléré l’ajustement . Abstract: Within the framework of this work we will try to show the role which the choice of the intervention of the foreign investment in the operation of the privatization can play as a criticism in branches of high technology or with strong competitiveness in particular in the sector industry following the example of the cement industry (SGP-GICA) . The result of this study that privatization and FDI in the form of the opening of public capital to foreign investors is a perfect challenge to develop the Algerian economy, to present many financial advantages to the public company, more is easy and accelerated the adjustment.
