جودة المعلومات المالية بين تعدد الصفات النوعية واختلاف احتياجات المستخدمين The Quality Of Financial Information Between The Multiplicity Of Qualitative Qualities And Differences Needs Of Users

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح حقيقة جودة للمعلومات المالية من خلال عرض مفاهيم جودة المعلومات المالية وبيان أن تحققها هو الوسيلة المثلى لتلبية مختلف احتياجات المستخدمين، وكذلك إبراز مدى مساهمة الصفات النوعية للمعلومات المالية في الوصول إلى أعلى مستوى من الجودة من خلال ما تتضمنه من خصائص نوعية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الصفات النوعية للمعلومات المالية هي الخصائص النوعية التي يجب أن تتصف بها المعلومات المالية حتى تصبح معلومات مفيدة وذات جودة، فمن خلال هذه الصفات النوعية يتم تحقق الفائدة والمنفعة المرجوة من استخدام المعلومات المالية بالإضافة إلى كون هذه الصفات النوعية بمثابة أساس قوي للقياس والحكم على مستوى جودة المعلومات المالية. This study aims to clarify the quality of financial information by presenting the concepts of the quality of financial information and indicating that its achievement is the best way to meet the different needs of users, as well as to highlight the extent to which the qualitative qualities of financial information contribute to achieving the highest quality through their qualitative characteristics. The study concluded that the qualitative qualities of financial information are the qualitative characteristics that financial information must have in order to become useful and of quality. Through these qualitative qualities, the benefit and benefit of using financial information is achieved, together with the fact that these qualitative qualities serve as a strong basis for measuring and judging the quality of financial information.
