The Stakes Of The Professionalization Of Training At The University And Learning Practices

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find ways of experimentation and exploration for the various educational actors to better manage and use pedagogical and organizational practices promoting the professionalization and professional integration of students. This, through a review of the literature, on new or less traditional used pedagogical practices to promote the professionalization of students and facilitate their professional integration. We also bring, elements of reflection and analysis on experiments having given captivating results, that we propose to transpose them in the context of the Algerian university.
