الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الحوكمة في المؤسسة الرياضية وسبل تفعيلها والتعرف على تحديات ومعوقات تطبيق الحوكمة في الهيئات الرياضية بالجزائر وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته طبيعة المشكلة وتمثلت عينة الدراسة ب 40 ولجمع البيانات استخدمنا الاستبيان وتحليله عن طريق البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS وتحصلنا على نتائج متمثلة في ان مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية تبسة تقوم بتطبيق مؤشرات الحوكمة وذلك من خلال ركائزها الأساسية والمتمثلة في المشاركة والشفافية. This study aims to identify the reality of governance in the sports institution and ways to activate it and to identify the challenges and obstacles that prevent the application of governance in sports bodies in Algeria. The descriptive analytical method was used to suit the nature of the problem The study sample consisted of 40, and to collect data, we used the questionnaire and analyzed it through the statistical program SPSS, and we obtained results represented in the fact that the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the state of Tebessa implements governance indicators through its main pillars of participation and transparency
