دور المدن الالكترونية في تفعيل السياحة البيئية من أجل إرساء التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
أدى التطور التقني الذي رافق القرن العشرين إلى ظهور مجتمع من نمط جديد يعتمد اعتماداً متزايداً على المعرفة والتقنيات الرقمية، وقد تطور مفهوم المدينة نتيجة لهذا التطور الاجتماعي الحاصل، وظهرت عدة تسميات للمدن المعتمدة على التقنيات كالمدن الرقمية، والإلكترونية، والافتراضية، والمعرفية، والذكية، إلا أن ما يميز المدينة الذكية عن غيرها من المدن هو تركيزها على توفير بيئة رقمية صديقة للبيئة ومحفزة للتعلم والإبداع تسهم في توفير بيئة مستدامة، وتسهم في زيادة دعم السياحة بشكل كبير، فالمجتمعات الذكية بيئة جاذبة للسياحة. ونسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على نموذج المدن الذكية، مع الإشارة إلى بعض التجارب الناجحة في مجال المدن الذكية ودورها في تفعيل السياحة البيئية من اجل إرساء تنمية مستدامة.
