الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية تمثل مسألة حماية البيئة أهمية بالغة نتيجة لما تمثله من أساس لبقاء الإنسان والكائنات الحية المحيطة به على قيض الحياة و الإبقاء على الأجيال المستقبلية، لذلك تتظافر الجهود الدولية والإقليمية والوطنية لحماية البيئة من ظاهرة التلوث والتي تمثل أخطر ما يمكن أن يهدد التوازن البيئي، وذلك في ظل ما يعرف بعلم البيئة والسياسة البيئية، فلإمكانية مواجهة التحديات الماسة بالبيئة يستوجب تحديد مفهوم البيئة والنظام البيئي والذي يقوم على السياسة البيئية التي تعتمد بدورها على التخطيط البيئي للحفاظ على الموارد البيئية أثناء مراحل الإنتاج و الاستهلاك وضمان حماية التوازن البيئي . الملخص بالغة الأجنبية ( الإنجليزية) abstract The subject of environmental protection is of great importance because of the importance it represents for the existence and survival of man and the living organism that surrounds him and their survival for generations. future, therefore, international efforts are combined to protect the environment from the phenomenon of pollution, which represents the most dangerous thing that can threaten the ecological balance, and this is called the science of environment and environmental policy, because to solve the many obstacles that affect the environment we must specify the definition of the environment and the environmental system that depends on the definition of the Environmental Policy, which in turn is based on the planning to preserve environmental resources during the stages of production, consumption, to protect the environmental balance. الملخص باللغة الأجنبية ( الفرنسية) resumé Le sujet de la protection de l’environnement revêt une grande importance en raison de l’importance qu’elle représente pour l’existence et la survie de l’homme et de l’organisme vivant qui l’entourent et leur survie pour les générations futures, par conséquent, les efforts internationaux sont conjugués pour protéger l’environnement du phénomène de la pollution, qui représente la chose la plus dangereuse qui puisse menacer l’équilibre écologique, et c’est ce qu’on appelle la science de l’environnement et la politique environnementale, car pour résoudre les nombreuses obstacles qui touche à l’environnement nous devons préciser la définition de l’environnement et le système environnemental qui dépend de le définition de la Politique Environnementale, qui a son tour est basé sur la planification pour préserver les ressources environnementales lors des étapes de production, de consommation, pour protéger l’équilibre environnemental .
