الملخص
ملخص: أفرزت التحولات السياسية والدولية جملة من التعقيدات والتغيرات سواء في العلاقات الدولية والنظم السياسية أو في البُنى الإيديولوجية والمفاهيمية، إن ظاهرة الأزمات هي إحدى حقائق العلاقات، و عالم اليوم يتميز بالمتغيرات السريعة التي أسفرت على توترات شتى الناجمة عن اختلال توازنات القوى الكبرى، مع سعي القوى الأخرى إلى تحقيق مزيد من الاستقلالية والنمو ما أدى إلى صراعات عنيفة وتحالفات متعددة التوجهات وتمخض عن ذلك أزمات عالمية وإقليمية ومحلية متعددة الوجوه ذات طبيعة زمنية ومكانية مركبة ومتعددة، راجع إلى تغييب المنظرين لعامل الثقافة والدين كمستوى تحليل وتأثيره في العلاقات الدولية وركزّت على المصالح والأمن في مقارباتهم، وفي هذا الصدد ربط بين العولمة وعودة الدين من زاويتين: تسارع العولمة وإفرازاتها وثورة الاتصالات ربطت الجماعات الدينية في العالم المعاصر، أصبح وحدة متقاربة سياسيا واقتصاديا واجتماعيا وثقافيا بات أيّا من كياناته عُرضة لأزمات وأبرزها التغيرات العالمية التي أخلت بموازين القوىالعالمية والإقليمية، أوجب رصدها وتحليل حركتها واتجاهاتها و من ثمّ العمل على التكيف مع المتغيرات وتحريك الثوابت وقوى الفعل المختلفة ذات التأثير السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي وكذلك الثقافي والحضاري. Abstract: The political and international transformations have produced a number of complexities and changes, both in international relations and political systems or in ideological and conceptual structures. The phenomenon of crises is one of the realities of relations. The world today is characterized by rapid changes that have resulted in various tensions resulting from imbalances of major powers, With the other powers seeking to achieve greater independence and growth, which led to violent conflicts and multi-oriental alliances, resulting in global crises, regional and local multi-faceted nature of time and spatial complex and multiple, due to the absence of theorists of the factor of culture and religion Km The analysis and its impact on international relations focused on the interests and security in their approaches.
