الملخص
أضحت وسائل الإعلام والاتصال الجديدة واقعا مسيطرا على كلِّ جوانب الحياة المعاصرة تقوم بدور خطير وعظيم في تطوير المجتمع الإنساني وتنميته والتأثير على اتجاهاته وبناء قناعاته ومواقفه وآرائه وحتَّى التأثير على قيمه وثقافته مما فرض صعوبة تحكم النظم الاجتماعية في توجيه وتربية الأفراد والسيطرة على البناء الاجتماعي ومنظومته ، ونتيجة لذلك استطاعت تكنولوجيا الإعلام الجديد أن تجعل من العالم بتعدد مجتمعاته وتعدد ثقافاته وتنوع جغرافيته قرية صغيرة قلَّصت من اهتمامات الفرد المحلية ووسعت من اهتماماته العالمية ، فابتعد بذلك تدريجيا عن واقعه المعيش وارتباطه بمجتمعه الأصلي لتتحول اهتماماته إلى مجتمعه الافتراضي. ونظام اجتماعي جديد الذي انعكس إيجابا على حياة المجتمع سياسيا واقتصاديا وثقافيا ، وأسهم في تطوير المجتمع بشتى فئاته وقطاعاته . لكن وبالرغم من إيجابيات الإعلام الجديد إلا أنه لم يخل من سلبيات أثَّرت بشكل واضح على النسيج الاجتماعي للمجتمعات العربية والإسلامية ، من خلال التأثير على الروابط الاجتماعية ومنظومة القيم والأخلاق . الكلمات المفتاحية : الإعلام ؛ عولمة؛ المجتمع ؛ الجديدة ؛ نظام The new media and communication have become a dominant reality in all aspects of contemporary life, playing a dangerous and great role in the development and development of human society, influencing its trends, building its convictions, attitudes and opinions, and even influencing its values and culture, which imposed the difficulty of controlling social systems in guiding and educating individuals and controlling the social structure and its system. Therefore, the new media technology was able to make the world with its multiplicity of societies, multiplicity of cultures and diversity of geography a small village that reduced the local interests of the individual and expanded his global interests, so he gradually moved away from his living reality and his connection with his original society to turn his interests into his virtual society. And a new social system that reflected positively on the life of society politically, economically and culturally, and contributed to the development of society in its various categories and sectors. But despite the positives of the new media, it was not without negatives that clearly affected the social fabric of Arab and Islamic societies, by affecting social ties and the system of values and morals.
