الملخص

الملخص باللغة العربية: شهدت بلاد مزاب في التاريخ الوسيط حركة عمرانية مهمة تأسست فيها مجموعة مدن أسهمت في جلب مجموعة كبيرة من السكان رغم قساوة ظروف الطبيعة،وهذه المدن مرت بتطورات سياسية مختلفة كادت في عديد المرات التأثير إلى حد ما على استمرارية رسالة العلم والمعرفة لولا حنكة وصبر شيوخها،ومدن مزاب حملت في جوانبها رسالة التحدي المادي والمعنوي لظروف المنطقة فرسمت معالم واقع جديد طبعه الشغف إلى تأسيس بيئة جديدة تتحكم فيها عزيمة السكان على اختلاف مكانتهم لترقى بهم إلى مصاف الحواضر العلمية في الجزائر أو خارجها وفق مشروع استراتيجي مدروس شعاره استمرارية رسالة السلف عندما أسسوا حاضرة تيهرت الرستمية Abstract : In the medieval history,the mzab region knew an important urban movement in which a group of cities was established that contributed to bringing in a large group of residents despite the harsh.These cities have gone through various political developments that,on several occasions,have almost affected the continuity of the message of science and knouledge,had it not been for the wisdom and patience of its sheikhs,and the cities of mzab carried in their aspects a message of challenge,material and moral to the conditions of the region,so it erected the features of a new reality that was characterized by passion for the establishment of a new environment controlled by the determination of the population of different status to rise to the ranks of scientific metropolises in Algeria or abroad,according to a well-studied strategic project whose slogan is the continuity of the message of the ancestors when they founded the city of Tehrt-Rustamiah.
