الملخص
Block chains, or the so-called blockchain technology, have received widespread and remarkable global attention in recent years, given that they are one of the important technologies that are among the components of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and contribute to changing the features of the global economy. This research paper aims to shed light on the blockchain technology in the Arab Gulf countries, by analyzing the trends of applying blockchain systems in the Gulf countries compared to the current trends in other countries, in order to identify the extent to which institutions keep pace with recent developments and changes resulting from the adoption of blockchain technology and its use to develop work mechanisms and provide services in various economic and governmental sectors in countries of the world.
