النظر المقاصدي في التعامل مع جائحة كوفيد19

الملخص
ملخص البحث خلفت جائحة كورونا هلعا ورعبا في نفوس البشرية قاطبة, لقد كانت الحدث الأبرز الذي غير سلوك العالم أجمع؛ حيث قيدت حركته, وشلت نشاطه في كل المجالات, ووقفت البشرية مذهولة, تحصي حالات الإصابات وتجمع جثث الأموات, وتتسابق لاختراع اللقاحات. يظهر البحث البعد المقاصدي في التعامل مع الأوبئة والآفات, والنوازل والمستجدات, واستجابة الشريعة السريعة في التعامل مع الواقع المعاش. قمت بداية بالتعريف بهذه الجائحة وذكر المصطلحات ذات الصلة بها, ورصد تجدد سلوك الوقاية والنظافة, وربط ذلك بعقيدة الجزاء والثواب, كما سجَّلت الأوضاع الجديدة تجديدا في الفهم والممارسة الفقهية والإيمانية, وحضورا للبعد المصلحي في التعامل ومعالجة الجائحة وآثارها. Research Summary The Corona pandemic left panic and terror in the hearts of all mankind. It was the most prominent event that changed the behavior of the whole world; Where his movement was restricted, his activity was paralyzed in all fields, and humanity stood stunned, counting cases of injuries, collecting dead bodies, and racing to invent vaccines. The research shows the objective dimension in dealing with epidemics and pests, calamities and developments, and the rapid response of Sharia in dealing with the lived reality. I first defined this pandemic and mentioned the terms related to it, and monitored the renewal of the behavior of prevention and hygiene, and linked this to the doctrine of reward and reward, and the new situations recorded a renewal in the understanding and practice of jurisprudence and faith, and a presence of the conciliatory dimension in dealing and treating the pandemic and its effects.
