الملخص
Légal presumptions have a great certainty and trust-full in terms of criminal evidence that restricts the judge’s freedom to convince himself. Moreover it impose on him a sovt of certainty which we can call it judicial certainty. In addition to that, proving using judicial evidences hinders innocence presumption in advance. Finally, certainty of presumption can be seen clearly and effect ively in the way where it can be in shifting and moving of proving burden to the accused.
