فاعلية دراسات مدى التأثير على البيئة في الجزائر: المحتوى والوسائل

الملخص
يستعرض المقال قراءة وتحليل في دراسات مدى التأثير على البيئة، بوصفها وسيلة للإنذار المبكر وتجنب الآثار البيئية. استخدمنا خلالها المنهج التحليلي والتاريخي لرصد وتتبع السياسة العامة لدراسة التأثير في الجزائر ومدى فاعليتها على أرض الواقع، حيث تم التركيز على مجالات تطبيقها ومحتوياتها، وكذا المشاريع التي تخضع لها. أظهرت النتائج إحراز مزيدا من التقدم في الدراسات والقوانين والمؤتمرات، واتسع النشاط الجمعوي والمؤسساتي، وعلى الرغم من ذلك فإنه لم يتم التقليل من التدهور البيئي الناتج عن النشاط التنموي، وكل ما تم إنجازه عمليا هو مساهمة بسيطة وصغيرة القدر. فكان هناك الكثير من النشاط والقليل من الانجاز. The article reviews the reading and analysis of environmental impact studies as a means of early warning and avoiding environmental impacts. During this study, we used the analytical and historical approach to monitor public policies to study the impact in Algeria and its effectiveness in the field, where the emphasis was on the areas of its application and its content. as well as on the projects to which it is the subject. The results showed that more progress had been made in studies, laws and conferences, and that associative and institutional activity had developed. Despite this, the environmental degradation resulting from development activity has not been reduced and all that has been accomplished in practice is only a small and simple contribution. There was a lot of activity and little achievement.
