الملخص
يعد القضاء الاستعجالي في المادة الادارية ، احد أهم طرق الرقابة على تصرفات الادارة في الدولة الحديثة، ذلك أنه يسعى ويهدف إلى حماية وضمان الحفاظ على مختلف حقوق وحريات الأفـراد، وتزداد أهمية في التطبيقات ذات الطابع المالي كالصفقات العمومية، وعلى هذا جاءات هذه الورقة البحثية لتوضيح مختلف الأحكام والدابير التي تبناها المشرع الجزائري في المنازعات الإدارية ذات الطابع المالي من خلال القانون رقم 09-08 المتضمن قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإداريـة. Urgent judiciary is considered in the administrative article, one of the most important ways to control the actions of the administration in the modern state, as it seeks and aims to protect and ensure the preservation of the various rights and freedoms of individuals, and it is becoming increasingly important in applications of a financial nature such as public deals, and this research paper came to clarify the various The provisions and measures adopted by the Algerian legislator in administrative disputes of a financial nature through Law No. 09-08 containing the Civil and Administrative Procedures Law.
