الخيارات الأفريقية لتحقيق التنمية في القارة

الملخص

واجهت القارة الأفريقية العديد من التحديات والعوائق التي أفشلت مسارها نحو تحقيق التنمية التي تعد السبيل الوحيد الذي من شانه أن يجعل القارة تواكب مستجدات ومتغيرات النظام الدولي، وبقناعة راسخة من الدول الأفريقية أن مشاكل القارة يجب أن تحل في إطار نظام قاري ينطلق من الذات الأفريقية ويراعي خصوصياتها وظروفها، لذلك سعت الدول الأفريقية إلى تبني خيارات وسبل تحقق لها الهدف المنشود. وقد توصلت الدراسة أن هذه الخيارات تمثلت أساس في إنشاء منظمة الوحدة الأفريقية التي كانت بمثابة أول شعلة توحيد في القارة والتي بدورها أنتجت الجماعة الاقتصادية التي بثت لأول مرة في مشاكل القارة الاقتصادية، ليليها بعد ذلك تأسيس منظمة الاتحاد الأفريقي الذي تمخضت عنه مبادرة النيباد التي تعد رهان التنمية في القارة. The african continent faced many challenges abstacles that thwarted its path towards achieving development, which is the only way that would make the continent keep pace with the developments and changes of the international system, withe the firm conviction of the african countries that the problem of the continent must be resolved within the framwork of a continontal system that stems from ahe afican self and takes into accont its specificities and their circumstance so african countries sought to adopt options and ways to achieve the desired goal . The study found that these option were mainly represented in the etablishment of the organisation of african unity , which was the first torch of unification on the continent, which in turn produced the economic community that first broadcast continents economic problems, followed by the esyablishment of the african union organisation, wich resulted in the nepad initiative, which is a bet development on the continet.
