الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر شخصية أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضة على العلاقة البيداغوجية بينه وبين تلاميذ الطور الثانوي، وذلك من خلال الاحتكاك المباشر بين الأستاذ وتلاميذه داخل الحصة. وقد استخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لملائمته طبيعة الدراسة، وبالنسبة للعينة فأخذنا العينة العشوائية البسيطة والتي تقدر بـ 30 أستاذ للتربية البدنية للطور الثانوي على مستوى ولاية الجزائر (شرق)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن لشخصية أستاذ التربية البدنية أثر كبير على العلاقة البيداغوجية بينه وبين تلاميذ الطور الثانوي. كلمات مفتاحية: الشخصية، أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية، ، تلاميذ الطور الثانوي. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the impact of the personality of the professor of physical education and sports on the pedagogical relationship between him and the students of the secondary stage, through direct contact between the professor and his students in the class. In this study, we used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study, and for the sample, we took a simple random sample estimated at 30 teachers of physical education for the secondary stage at the level of the state of Algeria (east), and the study concluded that the personality of the professor of physical education has a significant impact on the pedagogical relationship between him and the students. secondary phase.
