الملخص

يرمي هذا المقال إلى إبراز أهمية استعمال علم الإحصاء مع أنه من الآليات الرياضية، في ميدان العلوم الشرعية بشكل أوسع، لتحقيق القول في أكثر من مسألة علمية. وكتاب التمهيد في تخريج الفروع على الأصول للإسنوي ، من الكتب التي حوت مادة علمية غزيرة، واستهوت عددا من الشراح الذين وإن اتفقوا على مكانة الكتاب، إلا أن بعضا منهم أطلق أحكاما قد تستدعي التحقيق فيها بإعادة النظر في فصول من الكتاب وفقا لآليات موضوعية ودقيقة تندرج ضمن النظرالإحصائي، لبلوغ الدقة العلمية التي تميز عصورنا . This article aims to highlight the importance of usingstatistics, eventhoughitis one of the mathematicalmechanisms, in the field of islamic sciences more broadly, to achieve the saying in more than one scientific issue. the book « Introductory book in the graduation of branches on the assets, »written by El Isnaoui, is one of the books thatcontainedabundantscientificissuesin jurisprudance, but at the same time a number of commentators made judgmentsthatmayrequire investigation by reviewingchapters of the book according to objective and precisemechanismsthatfallwithinStatisticalconsideration, to reach the scientificaccuracythatcharacterizesoureras.
