The intensity of the concurrence on the market has pushed the economical enterprise for the search of all, that distinguish it to the others for a long term. Both studies and marketing practices confirmed the role that the development and the elaboration of the trade mark in acquisition and the support of concurrential advantage. If to consider that the trade mark is an aid of an enterprise in order to differ, it from its concurrents and it is also a mean to bind it withe the consumers by a good trade relationship, this study has come to clarify the. way to lead the enterprise for the trade mark power and develop it to their proper distinction degrees to a permanent and continued way
