The numerical simulation model of two-dimensional underground flows in permanent flow makes it possible to check the hydrogeological balance of water tables, and to evaluate the various hydrodynamic and hydrochemical parameters (hydraulic head, transmissivity, storage coefficient, dispersion coefficient) . The use of numerical models is interesting, since they deal with complex configuration problems whether they are heterogeneous or non-linear. In this present work, we study the hydrogeological balance of the Biskra sands table (Mio-Pliocene water table) through the numerical simulation model of two-dimensional underground flows. The numerical study supports and argues the validity of the numerical model in determining the various hydrogeological parameters
