قياس وتحليل التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر للفترة 1996-2019

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على احدى السياسات الاقتصادية التي أصبحت ضرورية وحنمية في ظل التطورات الاقتصادية العالمية (سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي) من خلال التعرف عليها وتحديد خصائصها، أنواعها، مؤشرات قياسها هذا من جانب، ومن جانب آخر (تطبيقي) تحليل وقياس التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1996-2019. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ضعف وهشاشة في تطبيق سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي في الدول النامية كونها تسير وفق حلقة مفرغة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى قياس التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر وفق مؤشر HHH الذي أعطت نتائجه غياب شبه كلي لتطبيق سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي حيث جاءت قيمه مرتفعة وقريبة من الواحد. The study aims to shed light on one of the economic policies that have become necessary and conceivable in light of global economic developments (the policy of economic diversification) by identifying it and defining its characteristics, types, and indicators of its measurement on the one hand, and on the other side (applied) analysis and measurement of economic diversification in Algeria During the period 1996-2019. The study found weakness and fragility in the application of the economic diversification policy in developing countries, as it proceeds according to a vicious circle. The study also found a measurement of economic diversification in Algeria according to the HHH index, whose results gave an almost total absence of implementing the economic diversification policy, as its values were high and close to one.
