أهمية الطموح المهني لدى المعلم في إنجاح العملية التعليمية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية الطموح المهني لدى المعلم في إنجاح العملية التعليمية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج النظري التحليلي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية :ـالطموح يحقق النجاح في العمل ـ الطموح يساعد المعلم على تحقيق أهدافه. يساعد الطموح المعلم في تطوير ذاته وقدراته. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج اقترحنا مجموعة من التوصيات. This study aims to identify the importance of the teacher's professional ambition in the success of the educational process. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the theoretical-analytical approach, and the study reached the following results: Ambition helps. the teacher achieve his goals. Ambition helps the teacher to develop himself and his abilities In light of these results, we proposed a set of recommendations Cette étude vise à identifier l'importance de l'ambition professionnelle de l'enseignant dans la réussite du processus éducatif. Pour atteindre l'objectif de l'étude, le chercheur a utilisé l'approche théorique-analytique, et l'étude a atteint les résultats suivants : L'ambition mène au succès dans le travail L'ambition aide l'enseignant à atteindre ses objectifs. L'ambition aide l'enseignant à se développer et à développer ses capacités. À la lumière de ces résultats, nous avons proposé un ensemble de recommandations
